1. Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Shomorthok, a creator-commerce platform operated by [Insert legal entity name]. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Replace all bracketed placeholders before launch and align the final version with your production flows, support process, and local legal advice.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity results from our own security failure.
We may refuse access, require verification, or restrict features if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, policy violations, or legal non-compliance.
3. Subscriptions, payments, and storefront offers
Storefront access is sold through subscription packages shown on the relevant creator storefront at the time of purchase. Pricing, package length, and entitlement timing should be displayed clearly before checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as SSLCommerz. You authorize us and our payment providers to process the transaction needed to activate your subscription.
- Subscriptions unlock the creator catalog described on the storefront while the subscription remains active.
- Access may end or change if payment fails, a charge is reversed, or the storefront offer is withdrawn in line with these terms.
- Any taxes, fees, or gateway charges that apply to the purchase should be disclosed before payment where required.
4. Digital products, licenses, and download controls
Content available through Shomorthok is licensed, not sold, unless a creator expressly states otherwise. Buyers receive a limited, non-transferable right to access and download purchased or entitled files for personal or internal use only.
Creators and buyers must respect access controls designed to protect digital content.
- Download links may be signed, time-limited, or otherwise access-controlled.
- The platform may enforce a daily cap of 3 downloads per product.
- You must not redistribute, resell, publicly post, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls for creator files unless the creator explicitly permits it in writing.
5. Creator responsibilities
Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the content, descriptions, and pricing they publish.
By publishing content on the platform, creators confirm that they have all rights needed to distribute that content and to grant the licenses described to buyers.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
- No scraping, automated abuse, spam, malware, or credential attacks.
- No impersonation, deceptive storefront claims, or fraudulent payment activity.
- No attempts to bypass role restrictions, download limits, or security checks.
7. Refunds, suspension, and termination
Refund handling, if offered, should follow the refund terms shown at purchase or communicated by support. Unless the final policy states otherwise, refund requests may be reviewed case by case.
We may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, respond to chargebacks, or enforce these terms.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
The Shomorthok brand, interface, software, and platform materials belong to us or our licensors. Creator content belongs to the relevant creator or rights holder.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that feedback to improve the service without additional compensation, unless local law requires otherwise.
9. Disclaimers and liability limits
The platform is provided on an as available and as is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all creator content will always remain accessible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms should specify the governing law and dispute venue before launch: [Insert governing law and venue].
Questions, complaints, and legal notices should be sent to [Insert support email address] or [Insert registered business address].
